By using this website or referring yourself or another person to Rapid Improvement Community Life Choices, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please contact us before proceeding, or do not use the website.
We provide bespoke, specialist day services for adults with learning disabilities, including autism, across activities such as those described on our Our Activities page. Services are person-centred and may vary based on individual needs, funding, and availability.
To be eligible for our services, a person must generally have a learning disability (which may include autism) and be aged 18 or over. Referrals can be made by the individual themselves, or by a family member, carer, or social worker, via our Referral page.
Submitting a referral does not guarantee a place with us. We will assess each referral, arrange a visit where appropriate, and confirm availability and funding before support begins.
Most people accessing our services are funded through Adult Social Care, for example via a personalised budget or direct payment card. Where private or other funding arrangements apply, fees and payment terms will be agreed separately and in writing before support begins. These Terms and Conditions do not themselves set out specific fees, which are confirmed individually.
Support arrangements, including notice periods for pausing or ending a placement, will be set out in the individual support agreement put in place once a referral is accepted. Either party may end an arrangement in line with that agreement, or immediately where necessary for safeguarding or safety reasons.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, misuse any forms (including the referral or contact forms) for spam or fraudulent submissions, or use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
Forms on this website (such as the referral form and contact form) are provided to help you get in touch with us. Submitting a form does not create a binding contract — a place or service is only confirmed once we have communicated this to you directly.

The safety and wellbeing of the people we support is our highest priority. All staff are DBS checked, and we follow safeguarding policies and procedures in line with relevant legislation and guidance. If you have a safeguarding concern about someone using our services, please contact us immediately using the details below, or contact the relevant local authority safeguarding team.
We take reasonable care in providing our services and maintaining this website, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Specific liability terms relating to the direct provision of care and support will be set out in the individual support agreement, not in these general website Terms and Conditions.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. If you have a data-related complaint, see the Privacy Policy’s for how to reach the ICO.
